چکیده
This paper deals with the analysis of nonlinear circuits that interconnect passive elements (capacitors, inductors, and resistors) resistors exhibiting a range negative resistance. Active are necessary to design physical switch oscillate. We generalize classical passivity theory circuit develop port interconnection for such non-equilibrium behaviors. The approach closely mimics methodology (incremental) dissipativity theory, but dissipation inequalities combine signed storage functions supply rates account active elements.

Scaling analysis of negative differential thermal resistance.
Negative differential thermal resistance (NDTR) can be generated for any one-dimensional heat flow with a temperature-dependent thermal conductivity. In a system-independent scaling analysis, the general condition for the occurrence of NDTR is found to be an inequality with three scaling exponents: n(1)n(2) < -(1+n(3)), where n(1) ∈ (-∞,+∞) describes a particular way of varying the temperature ...
متن کاملDifferential dissipativity theory for dominance analysis
High-dimensional systems that have a lowdimensional dominant behavior allow for model reduction and simplified analysis. We use differential analysis to formalize this important concept in a nonlinear setting. We show that dominance can be studied through linear dissipation inequalities and an interconnection theory that closely mimics the classical analysis of stability by means of dissipativi...
متن کاملStage specialization for design and analysis of flotation circuits
This paper presents a new approach for flotation circuit design. Initially, it was proven numerically and analytically that in order to achieve the highest recovery in different circuit configurations, the best equipment must be placed at the beginning stage of the flotation circuits. The size of the entering particles and the types of streams including pulp and froth were considered as the bas...
متن کاملPrevalence of Drug Resistance in Nonfermenter Gram-Negative Bacilli
Background and Objectives: Non-fementer gram-negative bacilli (NFGB) are ubiquitous pathogen that has emerged as a major cause of health care associated infections. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence and antimicrobial susceptibility of NFGB in an Iranian hospital. Materials and Methods: FromJuly 2005 to November 2006 a total of 257 strains of NFGB including 109 (42.41%)...
متن کاملAntibiotic Resistance Pattern of Gram-Negative Bacteria in Gorgan
Abstract Background and Objective: The excessive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics will lead to drug resistance of microorganism and specially nosocomial organisms. Because of high incidence of antibiotic resistance in hospitals, we aimed to study antibiotic resistance to gram negative bacteria. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on the data of biological sampl...
